Based online, these classes will be on Mindful Hatha Yoga, where Yoga movements and mindfulness techniques go hand in hand. The focus will be on body awareness and experience awareness combined with gentle yoga stretches and strengthening postures. I know most of you know me as a mindfulness/emotional intelligence trainer and coach, but you may not know that I am also a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. It’s a practice that I absolutely love and very complimentary to my mindfulness training programs. So since we are all isolating and I can’t go for yoga classes, I thought we could practice together.
