Meals
Friday dinner, Saturday morning tea, Saturday Ploughman Lunch, Saturday Dinner and Sunday Breakfast are provided for the weekend. We will even have a live-cooking Paella Night one of the evening!
Vegan and Vegetarian options are available for all meals. Bring your snacks and drinks for between meals if you wish – there is a kitchenette in your accomodation, including a fridge and microwave.
There will be downtime in the afternoon for you to explore and find your lunch elsewhere too if you prefer another option from the provided lunch.
You can purchase lunch at the Green Door Restaurant which is a short drive away. The Ferguson Valley is also a short drive away for you to explore lunch options, if you so choose.
Please make any lunch bookings prior to the retreat if you decide to go out. Please note that there will be no refunds if you choose to lunch elsewhere as we would have pre-booked meals.
Following the retreat, why not explore the Ferguson Valley region on Sunday afternoon before heading home.
Facilitators
Jacqui Joyce has been a registered nurse for 34 years and also currently runs an established fitness studio called ‘Empowered Center’. The centre runs classes and workshops in yoga, pilates, F-Fit, Aerial Yoga, Pole Dancing and much more. She is a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Nutrition, Cooking Healthy, Injury Recovery, and Human Anatomy. On top of her science-based study, she is also qualified in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP). She is a certified yoga teacher and even trains other yoga instructors.
Rebecca Tichbon or Beck has qualifications and career experience in Aromatherapy, Medical Science, Adult Education, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistics Programming and Hypnotherapy. She is a University lecturer and an Amazon best-selling author. Beck is qualified in Dance Therapy as well as belly dance instruction. She is the founder of ‘Titch Haven’, which offers holistic wellness and has an arm called ‘Welcoming Women’, a social group, that brings women together in a supportive environment to foster holistic personal development and growth.
Usha Raman is an award-winning Mindfulness Trainer, Certified Master Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. She has spoken in many countries and trained hundreds of people in her career. Her other qualifications include, Pedagogy, Behavioural Consulting, Neuro-Linguistics Programming and Reiki. Her interest in Mindfulness goes back nearly 20 years and she has studied both eastern and western views on the topic, particularly how it relates to Emotional Intelligence. She has run countless wellness programs both voluntarily and commercially.
Accommodation
Relax and enjoy the vintage-styled apartment with views to the lake.
On the first floor, you have a common area and a kitchenette.
In each apartment there are 2 rooms. One room has a queen bed and the other room has 2 single beds.
There is a shared toilet and bathroom for both rooms. So there will be 3 people in each cabin.
If you are coming with friends, we can ensure you all stay together.I
If you would like the option with the queen bed so you have the room to yourself, or if you are attending as a couple (and want the queen bed), please book early.
This will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to drop me an email with your contact details to check if the queen bed is still available.

We understand life gets busy. So instead of the whole weekend, take one day off for yourself and join us in the Saturday portion of the retreat from 9am to 3.30pm
For these tickets, one meal (Ploughman Lunch) for the Saturday is provided. Please refer to itinerary.

The booking engine, Humanitix, is being used as it directs 100% of the profits from booking fees towards education projects, such as education programs for disadvantaged young girls. Please note that the booking page will have a booking fee of 4% +$0.99.
COVID PLAN
We will ensure to abide with all COVID regulations. If the event has to be cancelled, we will postpone it to a safer date. If numbers have to be halved, then we can split the event to 2 different dates and do our best to ensure that the postponement will be at the same venue. However, if the venue needs to be changed, we will pick something with similar facilities and do our best to keep the activities as similar as possible. We will also endeavour to keep the facilitators the same. Please note though that in case of any changes, there may be differences in the date, venue, schedule, activities and/or facilitators.
If you have booked but are feeling unwell, please let us know and please do not come for the retreat. If you are unable to attend due to falling ill or if postponed dates don’t match your schedule, we will provide credits for future events. A refund may be possible and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note though that booking fees that do not go to us will be forfeited.
Having said all of that, we are keeping positive that all goes smoothly and whatever happens, please rest assured that we are committed to giving you the best experience possible.
