Gloria’s Place of Wellness in Brigadoon is the location of this retreat. This luxurious home, now converted to a wellness center is a gem for retreats and all things wellness. Watch the amazing sunset and walk the lush gardens while soaking up the marvelous views.

Sally Riddell’s yoga journey began as a sporty 14 year old. Since then, she has had over 2500 hours of training in various aspects of yoga in India and Australia. She has been teaching yoga for over 21 years and has been a qualified yoga therapist since 2010.
She has been using chants in classes for over 15 years and received her formal certification as a Vedic Chant teacher 4 years ago.
She regularly hosts yogic philosophy classes, chanting workshops and has organised wellness/transformational retreats in Australia, Spain and India.
Her tertiary training in Fine Art and Photography has contributed a visual aesthetic that she brings in the form of mandalas – be they created from nature, yogic tradition, personal drawings, or physical shaping through the movement of body and breath in patterns.
The myths and legends from the Indian pantheon have always held a place in her yogic practice and teaching. Four years ago, this skill became independent of her yoga teaching when she began working with a group of story tellers from Perth.
The experience of storytelling, is a rich and inspiring medicine for teller and listener alike, and Sally makes this experience of stories a most memorable one as she transports you to magical places in your mind.
Usha Raman is an award-winning trainer. She is a Mindfulness Trainer, Certified Master Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. She has spoken in many countries and has trained hundreds of people in her career.
She is also a certified life coach and educator. Usha used to be a college lecturer and has a keen interest in education, specifically, how adults learn and and make positive changes. She regularly works with clients as a life coach to shift limiting beliefs, thought patterns and behaviours.
Her other qualifications include, Pedagogy, Timeline Therapy, Behavioural Consulting, Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro-Linguistics Programming and Reiki level 2.
Her interest in Mindfulness goes back nearly 20 years and she has studied both eastern and western views on the topic, particularly how it relates to Emotional Intelligence. She has run countless wellness and empowerment related programs in schools, corporates, retreats and public events both voluntarily and commercially.
Usha is an avid volunteer and has worked in various not for profit projects regionally for over 20 years and currently is a lead volunteer administrator for two not for profit organisations which cater to the needs of refugees, women in refuges and other vulnerable community members.

The booking engine, Humanitix, is being used as it directs 100% of the profits from booking fees towards education projects, such as education programs for disadvantaged young girls. Please note that the booking page will have a booking fee (bf) of 4% +$0.9.
In case of a lockdown
We will ensure to abide with all COVID regulations. If the event has to be cancelled, we will postpone it to a safer date. If numbers have to be halved, then we can split the event to 2 different dates and do our best to ensure that the postponement will be at the same venue. However, if the venue needs to be changed, we will pick something with similar facilities and do our best to keep the activities as similar as possible. We will also endeavour to keep the facilitators the same. Please note though that in case of any changes, there may be differences in the date, venue, schedule, activities and/or facilitators.
If you have booked but are feeling unwell, please let us know and please do not come for the retreat. If you are unable to attend due to falling ill or if postponed dates don’t match your schedule, we will provide credits for future events. A refund may be possible and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note though that booking fees that do not go to us will be forfeited.
Please note that the itinerary or the facilitators can change without prior notice should unforseen circumstances arise.
Having said all of that, we are keeping positive that all goes smoothly and whatever happens, please rest assured that we are committed to giving you the best experience possible.
